It started in my kitchen during lockdown. I'd always loved jerky, but hated the overly salty, rubbery strips you'd find in gas stations. I wanted something different — crispy, candied, full of bold flavor.

After months of experimenting with marinades, drying times, and flavor combinations that had no business working together (basil in beef jerky? trust me), Sweet D's was born.

What started as gifts for friends became Instagram DMs, then orders, then a real business. I still make every batch myself — because that's what makes Sweet D's, Sweet D's.
