Every batch is made to order by Diana personally. We don't pre-batch or sit on inventory — your order triggers a fresh production run. This means better quality and maximum freshness in every bag.

Best consumed within 1–2 weeks for peak flavor and texture. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerating will extend shelf life further. The "candied crisp" texture is best when the bags are consumed fresh — we think you won't have any trouble finishing them quickly!

We ship nationwide. Local Oakland delivery is also available — contact us to arrange. Once Diana makes your fresh batch, your order ships promptly.
