What each of those checkmarks means
Every studio lists the same words. Here is what they mean when we say them.
- Pages written for your customer
- Not lorem ipsum poured into a template. We learn what your customer is afraid of and what makes them finally pick up the phone, then write to that. Copy is the design.
- Designed for the phone first
- Most of your customers will only ever see the phone version. We compose it on its own terms rather than shrinking the desktop layout and calling it responsive.
- Technical SEO foundation
- Clean page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, structured data so Google knows your hours and service area, and no broken redirects. It is the groundwork rankings require. Nobody honest can promise a #1 ranking, so we don't.
- Analytics with conversion tracking
- We measure calls, forms, and bookings — not just visits. Visits are vanity. A number you can act on is the whole reason to build the site.
- Two rounds of revisions
- Two structured passes where you tell us what to change and we change it. Defined up front so neither of us discovers the boundary in month three.
- Launch, training, and 30 days of support
- A recorded walkthrough of how to edit your own content, where your leads land, and who to call. Then a month of us watching it closely.
- AI chatbot trained on your business
- It answers the questions you get asked forty times a week, at 11pm, in your voice. It never invents a price or a promise. When it does not know, it says so and offers to book you.
- AI intake concierge
- When someone contacts you, the site interviews them — one question at a time, like a person would. By the time you read it, you know their budget, their timeline, and what they actually need. You walk into the call prepared.
- On-site booking, wired to your real calendar
- They pick a time on your site and it lands on your calendar, around the hours you actually have. No phone tag. Phone tag is where most local jobs are lost.
- Automated follow-up
- Most leads go cold because nobody followed up on day three. When one goes quiet, the system drafts a personal follow-up and waits for you to approve it. Nothing is sent without a human saying yes.
- Lead dashboard with urgency scoring
- One screen. Who contacted you, what they need, who is about to go cold, who booked. Sorted by who needs you first.
- Baseline recorded before we touch anything
- We write down what your site does today — calls, forms, traffic — before we change a thing. Without a before, there is never an after, and nobody can tell you whether it worked.
- Reports at 30, 60, and 90 days
- Against that baseline, in plain language. If the number did not move, you will hear it from us first.
Why our prices are what they are
We take one project at a time. Not three, not eight. Yours is the one being worked on. That is a real constraint and it is the reason we cannot be the cheapest — and the reason your project does not sit in a queue behind someone else's.
The price tracks what a customer is worth to you, not what the work costs us. If you install HVAC systems, one job you would otherwise have lost pays for the entire Lead System. If you sell $20 candles, you should buy Foundation, or nothing at all, and we will tell you so on the call. A price only makes sense next to the value of a customer.
You are not paying for a website. Anyone can buy a website; there are tools that will make you one this afternoon for the price of a sandwich. What you are paying for is the part that keeps working after we leave: the assistant that answers at midnight, the intake that qualifies a stranger before you spend an hour on them, the follow-up that catches the lead you would have forgotten on day three, and the number at 90 days that tells you whether any of it worked.
And you are paying for someone to be accountable. We write down what success means before we start, in your proposal, with a number and a date. Most people who have hired a web designer have a story about someone who disappeared. That story is the reason this page has prices on it at all.
Flat rate, agreed before we begin. No hourly billing, because the moment you can see our hourly rate you are evaluating our time instead of your return. 50% to start, 50% at launch.
Care plans
A site that nobody watches quietly stops working. Every Lead System includes a care plan, because the chatbot and the automations run on infrastructure we maintain and pay for every month.
Essential — $350/mo
Hosting, monitoring, backups that we actually test, security updates, and a monthly report. If the site goes down at 2am, we know before you do.
Growth — $750/mo
Everything in Essential, plus content changes, ongoing conversion tuning, and the AI chatbot kept current as your business changes.
Partner — $1,200/mo
Everything in Growth, plus chatbot and automation tuning against real conversations, and a quarterly strategy session. For businesses where the site is the front door.
Month to month after the first three months. Cancel any time — you own your domain, your hosting, and your data.
Founding partners
Stack Studios is new. Our first three Lead System or Custom clients get something better than a discount. (New and just need the site? Foundation has launch pricing above.)
What you get
Six months of the Growth care plan, included — a $4,500 value — on top of your build. Not a lower price on the system. A lower price there would tell you what we think the work is worth.
What we ask
Access to your numbers before we start. Permission to publish the results at 90 days, with your name on them. An honest testimonial. And one introduction to someone who needs what you needed.
Who this is for
We are a good fit if
One customer is worth $1,500 or more to you. You are willing to let us measure what happens. And you want the person building your site to be the person you talk to.
We are the wrong choice if
You need it next week, you want the cheapest option on the internet, or you would rather not know whether it worked. Those are all reasonable things to want. We are simply not the right studio for them, and we would rather say so now.
Currently booking projects for October 2026.
