Who We Are

Stack Studios LLC is a web design and AI development studio based in San Jose, California. You can reach us at hello@stackstudios.ai with any question about this policy or your information.

What We Collect and Why

We collect information you give us directly, and little beyond what's needed to operate this site:

• Contact and audit-form fields: name, email, phone (if provided), business details, and whatever you write to us.
• AI chat messages: what you type into the chatbot on this site, logged so the assistant can operate and so we can improve it. We review chat logs, including with AI assistance, to improve our answers.
• Intake conversation answers: the details you share with us when scoping a project.
• Booking details: name, email, phone, and the meeting time you select.
• Newsletter signups: your email address, if you subscribe to hear about specials, sales, and events. Unsubscribe anytime by replying to any update or emailing us.

We use this information to respond to you, prepare for consultations, and deliver the services you hire us for. If you contact us, we may send you a small number of follow-up emails about your inquiry.

What We Don't Do

No cookies. No advertising trackers. No profiles. We don't follow you to other sites, and we don't sell or share your personal information.

How We Measure This Site

We count page views so we know which pages are useful. We use Plausible, which sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and never identifies you. It records the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your rough country, and your device type — as aggregate counts, not as a record about you.

We also count three actions: submitting a form, subscribing to the newsletter, and clicking through to our booking page. Only the fact that it happened is recorded. Nothing you typed is ever sent to our analytics.

AI Disclosure

Chat and intake conversations are processed by an AI service (Anthropic) to generate responses. Our AI provider does not use these conversations to train its public models.

Service Providers

We work with a small set of service providers to run this site and our business:

• Netlify — hosting, form handling, and storage
• Anthropic — AI processing for chat and intake conversations
• Resend — email delivery
• Cal.com — scheduling
• Google Workspace — calendar and email
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless page-view counts; receives standard request data and stores no identifier for you.

Each provider only receives what it needs to do its job.

Retention and Your Choices

We keep information as long as we need it for business records — there's no automatic expiration. Email hello@stackstudios.ai any time to request access to your information or ask us to delete it.

Children's Privacy

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Tracking Signals

We build no profiles and set no cookies, so there is nothing about you to sell, share, or opt out of. Global Privacy Control and Do-Not-Track signals ask sites to stop cross-site tracking, and we do none.

Security Incidents

If a security incident affects your information, we'll notify you promptly, as required by law.

California Residents

California residents have rights under state law to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale — though we don't sell personal information to begin with. Email hello@stackstudios.ai to exercise any of these rights.
